The Kill Cage

As Z Pictures continues to grow we continue to find ourselves involved in many lucrative, albeit challenging projects, not all of them directly film related.  Until recently, one of these projects had been collecting dust in the magical top hat of ideas for quite awhile.  Let me take you back in time about half a month ago, when Dustin Gardner and myself were working in the G & E department on a Z Pictures pet project.  It was the night before the shoot day, and we were struggling to pack the lighting equipment in the truck to avoid waking up any earlier than the two of us needed to the next day.  Upon completing the five man job with only two people hauling the stands, ballasts, lights, stingers and any other piece of equipment we own (that for the love of me I just can’t think of off the top of my head this particular moment), it occurred to us that this company has managed to get its hands on a pretty decent amount of industry quality lighting equipment.  The tragedy of all this however was that for a good 6 months everything had been stored on any empty square of floor we could find to place it.  Noticing that the elephant in the room had grown to enough of an unmanageable size, we decided to dedicate 48 hours to designing and building a customized grip cage.  I am happy to say that the creation of the behemoth was a complete success, having been tricked with a Beefy Baby rack, stinger hooks, a C-Stand loft and enough space to fit a cot inside designed for us to take turns sleeping on, so we may all marvel at its very existence (not that anybody else but me would do such a thing…).  The Kill Cage (as it has been lovingly dubbed after the first feature film we worked on) is a welcome new friend to the Z Pictures family.  Though we look forward to the day where we will have so much equipment we need to build a new one.

Quelle est la situation du droit d'auteur pour les photos prises à partir de DVD de films et utilisé dans les articles académiques? wish you all the best in 2014!
What you posted made a ton of sense. But, think about this, what if you were to create a killer post title? I ain't suggesting your content is not good, however what if you added a headline to maybe grab folk's attention? I mean Z Pictures : Low Cost Advertising : Documentary Production : Film Video Production is a little boring. You ought to glance at Yahoo's front page and note how they create article titles to get people interested. You might add a related video or a pic or two to grab readers excited about everything've written. In my opinion, it would bring your posts a little bit more interesting.
Hi there! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any trouble with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing many months of hard work due to no back up. Do you have any solutions to protect against hackers?
Awesome post.
The network of branches acts like the five senses as well as the arms and the legs of the body by sending critical information from the field to the central departments and executing the corporate strategy by successfully linking the needs of the public to the products and services developed to meet those needs. In Mushariqa system the businessman has part of the capital and the other part he takes from the bank. Greenwich Partners [in London] seem to have most of the Equity research and Corporate Finance roles wrapped up, so get your CV over to them.
